Four years ago I left a five star review and even signed up for their membership. In the last year and a half while the technicians remained professional the administration has been difficult to work with sorting out appointments and what was included in that membership. It may not be worth the trouble if you're getting the same experience given there are many other providers in the area. But the onsite work is good.

I knew they were located in Yonkers, Gardner the technician arrived and was very professional. did an excellent job and beyond, his attitude and character were exceptional, helpful and explained everything. With that said, if I need any work done HVAC, I will only ask for him! The price was steep for the parts
and labor, replaced dual run capacitor 35/5 - 370 vac, cost $256.10, and contactor 30/40 amp. - 2 pole cost $884. 35, total with tax and service fee cost $1,241.76, which included labor by a professional technician who knew what he was doing. The cost for the parts are were no where near the cost charged on the invoice when I looked them up. But am grateful that I had someone who was honest and had integrity. The 5 stars is because I had a great technician Gardner, and am grateful that even though the price of repair was steep that I have air conditioning, there are mix feelings regarding the price. But would I recommend Maximum Indoor Comfort as it charges $165. service fee for the visit, ?, because I understand time and gas are not cheap it's a business making money. But I have mix feelings about recommending a company because it all depends on what they teach their technicians, is there integrity or GREED, do they lie to customers or do they practice honesty! I also believe it depends on the technician that is sent, I was lucky with Gardner!

Great service, prompt response on the phone, easy to schedule appointments, arrived exactly when they promised, did the work, left the site immaculate. Discussed additional work, no hard sell, gave me options, clear explanations, and most of all prices are reasonable. highest recommendation.

The team at Maximum Indoor Comfort did a wonderful job repairing my HVAC. The technicians Kyle and Abdul were highly professional and completed the job in one day. The team at MIC responded to me quickly both before and while the work was being done. Very satisfied with the repair job.

I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Maximum Indoor Comfort. Dealing with heating issues across all three floors of my home due to improperly wired thermostats in my 3 zone tankless system was a persistent problem since its installation over a year ago. Enter Randy, Yuri, and the incredible team – with their expertise, they not only identified the issue during a single diagnostic visit but promptly fixed it.
Their efficiency and professionalism were truly commendable. The team's ability to pinpoint the problem and provide an immediate solution showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction. Impressed by their swift resolution, I decided to enroll in their annual servicing program without hesitation.
